Fade to Black started as a ten minute movie that was produced in the year 2002 to bring attention to problem of the NYC Police in regards to the treatment of minorities especially the young people of color. In April 2004, I was asked to create a television show for QPTV in Queens New York. I named the show Fade to Black and the show has been in production for twelve years. The show is a multicultural variety experience that deals with many subjects of concern to the community and the city. It is sometimes provocative, stimulating and educational with the intent of leaving you more concious of the realities that we have to live with in a multi-cultural society.
